How To Become Emotionless

If you feel like you’re the type of person who may be slightly too open with their emotions and as a result gets their emotions messed with from time to time, you could probably benefit with some emotionless moments in your life. By that I don’t mean that you need to feel nothing at all and become a robot, but reach a point where you are comfortably in control of your emotions and can temporarily shut some or all of them off if the need arises.

Breathe Deeply

Controlling your breathing slows down your heart rate, which will in turn give you the clarity of mind needed to act rationally in certain situations and keep your emotions in the backseat. I know I’m making it sound easier than it really is, but when you get to the gist of it it really does just come down to breathing deeply and slowly.
