It can even work on your own body. The purpose of taking a shower is for you to get clean. As such, it makes you want to remove all of the dead skin cells on your body. You could go and get a scrub however all the microplastics that are put into them aren’t very good for the environment.

On the other hand, sea salt is more environmentally conscious and does the job too. All you need is 100 grams of sea salt and mix it with 100 milliliters of oil. And that’s any oil so almond, argan, and coconut oil are all good!

Just add a few drops of essential oils to give your scrub a nice scent, mix it well and you are good to go!
