It’s not that all British superstars know each other, but many of them did attend the BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology – and Adele was no exception. Other famous alums of the institution are Amy Winehouse, for example.

Some of the classmates that Adele had include non other than Leona Lewis and Jessie J. She was even good friends with Jessie J, constantly hanging out and jamming songs. They often spent time singing songs together.

It’s hard to list all of Adele’s achievements throughout her impressive career, but some have actually made it into the Guinness World Record book. First of all, she was the first to beat Gangnam Style to one billion views – and she did it in nearly half the time!

That’s not all she’s done, though. She was also the first woman to have two singles and two albums in the UK Top 5, managed to have an album at the number one spot in the UK charts for 11 weeks and has the most cumulative weeks holding that same spot across all her albums.

There’s one exception to this rule. The Oscar she won is kept in her bedroom, but all her other awards are stored next to her toilet. She likes to watch them while she takes a poo. In all fairness, when you’re that successful, who are we to judge her pooing habits.
