Workout in the Hotel’s Fitness Center
Book a hotel that contains a fitness center and make good use of it. Most of them are equipped with treadmills, cycling machines and row machines for cardio, along with free weights. Maximize your weight loss travel goals by sticking to a consistent workout time. Personally, I’m a morning person, so when I travel I head to the fitness center before breakfast. Alternatively, working out right before bed is a good option as well since it burns calories and leaves you ready for a good night’s sleep.
Bring Some Protein Bars
Packing protein bars whenever I travel has been one of my routines for years. It is a convenient option during long bus or train rides when I want something that is high in protein, low in carbs and sugar, and keeps me full. It also serves as a substitute for a meal when I have just enough of an appetite that I want to eat something, but don’t want something heavy.
