If your idea of island fun revolves around tropical weather and turquoise waters, hop on a plane and make your way to Isla Mujeres, a little island off the coast of Cancun. Bishop Rock, United Kingdom
Situated off the southwestern coast of the U.K., Bishop Rock holds the distinction of being the smallest island in the world to have a building. The island measures around 150 feet (45m) long and 50 feet (15m) wide, with a large lighthouse taking up most of that space. There is a boat tour package that allows you to visit the lighthouse along with a sight-seeing excursion to the nearby Isles of Scilly archipelago, where you can spot seals on the shore and dolphins swimming nearby.
