7 Countries Where Digital Nomads Can Actually Get Work Done (3 of 4)

4. Georgia

Not the state but the country of Georgia is a sleeper hit among the digital nomads. Tbilisi in particular has everything you need and then some: old buildings with character, secret wine bars, hidden courtyards, and some of the best food you’ve ever had. There are, of course, smaller towns, mountain escapes, and quiet countryside spots that are never too far away, but internet access might get tricky there. The whole country has an immaculate vibe, so you can both socialize when you feel like it or disappear with a bottle of local wine and some khachapuri when you don’t.

5. Estonia

If hot, crowded tropical countries aren’t your idea of a good time, take a quick look at Estonia. Tallinn, for example, has great weather. If you like variety, it’s also clean and efficient, with just enough of that European character to keep things interesting. The old town is especially charming if you’re a history buff or if you just like medieval architecture. Beyond Tallinn, Estonian lands have all the best features: deep forests, jagged coastlines, and that cold-weather coziness you’ve been looking for, making this country a very strong pick for many nomads.
