How To Become Emotionless (4 of 5)

Try Mindfulness

If you’re into this kind of thing, mindfulness can be a good way to make you more aware of what’s happening around you in the moment and anticipate on situations better. It’s definitely a long term strategy that won’t do you much good in the first few months, but it’ll help you with more than just taking control of your emotions.

Rest Enough

If you find yourself not being able to control your emotions that easily, it’s honestly a real possibility you’re just tired. Taking a closer look at your sleeping schedule and how much rest you’re getting on a regular basis might be a good idea. Heck, you could be solving two problems at once! And if it’s not solving anything emotion-wise, having more sleep is always better, right?
