We live in an age where people feel more comfortable sharing their mental health challenges with the masses through social media in the hopes of helping others overcome their own issues. Unfortunately, scammers have weaponized this fact by preying on those who are most vulnerable. As a result, they are able to manipulate and exploit their targets for financial gain before disappearing with most if not all of their savings.
9. Micro-Cheating
Micro-cheating blurs the lines between actual cheating and the not-so-subtle erosion of trust that can quietly dismantle a relationship from the inside out. Although it doesn’t explicitly cross the line of physical betrayal, behaviors such as flirting with others or liking their provocative posts on Instagram cannot be brushed off as innocent or mere “friendliness.”
