8. Speaking frankly is how you get your message across
Those who lack life experience are prone to dancing around an issue instead of saying what they need to say. These guessing games harm their relationships and make it difficult to solve their problems. By contrast, those who’ve reached 50 feel comfortable enough in who they are to speak directly with others. Don’t confuse “direct” with “rude” either.
