10. Don’t forget to take a breather

No matter how motivated and energetic you are, there are limits to what your body can take. Switch between tasks to keep things from becoming monotonous. This will keep you from burning out. There are also times when you need to relax. Add time in your schedule to take breaks. You can use this time to close your eyes and meditate or even walk around the office complex.
