Her hyper-realistic food art is pretty astonishing. She has created food art that is extremely versatile, from turtles and rabbits, to Elsa and Chewbacca. She has become quite popular on Instagram too, with 16,000 followers. She is another mom with no culinary training, who just learned how to create such beautiful things with her own creativity.

Ankita

Mom Ankita from India is yet another creative mom who got very fancy and skilled with making food for her kids. She has a 3-year-old daughter who has very detailed preferences about food. She is a picky eater, like a lot of kids. Her solution to this challenge was to make the food more appealing to eat. “I started playing hide-and-seek with the food: hiding nutrition in these colorful platters. That’s when she finally started eating and my strategy was a success. She creates interesting scenery on her plates like flowers, cars, and hot air balloons.
