8. Baking soda
This is an old-school method that was quite common 100 years ago. The taste might leave something to be desired, but there’s a workaround. Mix ⅔ cup of baking soda with a teaspoon of sea salt and around 10 drops of peppermint, spearmint, or orange essential oil. Add enough filtered water to create the consistency of a paste.
