2. Activated charcoal

This is one of the easiest methods of all. Activated charcoal is used for a lot of medical purposes, including purging the stomach of poisons due to its absorbancy. When using this to clean your teeth, it removes plaque and other gunk that can stain your teeth. Just moisten your toothbrush, dip it into the charcoal powder, brush, and rinse. Please note that this is not for you if you’ve got caps on your teeth.

3. Coconut oil

This is another simple, natural ingredient that gets the job done. It is very good at killing bacteria and fungi. There are two approaches you can take. You can either swish a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for about 10 minutes and then brush with regular water, or you can mix the oil with baking soda to make your own toothpaste.
