You won’t be able to doze off easily if the surrounding area is either even a little hot or chilly. It’s better to invest in a good air conditioner than to waste an hour or two each day flipping sides on your bed. Additionally, keep a blanket handy in case you start to feel cold after some time.

The clothes you wear to bed should be loose and comfy too. These may feel irrelevant now but you will notice the change once you fix them.

 

 

Do away with any sound-producing devices that may be bothering you

Is your fan or air conditioner too noisy? Does your bed make a sound every time you move?

Please don’t hate us for saying this. It is annoying to keep a nap from turning into a two-hour-long sleep but too much rest during the day directly impacts how washed out and sleepy you feel at night. Generally, an ideal nap can be anywhere between 15 to 40 minutes.

They are sufficient for recharging your mind. It may feel hard but it gets easier with time. If your sleep still doesn’t improve, consider giving up this habit altogether.
