2. Kimchi

3. Kombucha

This tart, effervescent, fermented tea is typically flavored with fruits and was originally only found in natural foods stores back in the 1990s, but these days it can easily be bought at mainstream grocery stores. It is rich in antioxidants along with probiotics.
