Not only is cooking eggs in a microwave convenient and less messy than on the stove, it actually tastes better! Using a bit of olive oil, grease a small oven-safe bowl. Next, crack your eggs and whisk them with a fork. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Microwave for 30 seconds and remove, whisk some more, and add some cheese, bacon bits, or whatever else floats your boat. Place back in the microwave for 20 seconds and you’re good to go!
7. Ripen a banana
Got a bunch of bananas that aren’t ripe yet, but don’t want to spend the next couple of days staring up at a clock? The microwave is your friend! First things first though; you don’t want those bad boys to explode, so take a fork and poke them all over. Then zap them for about a minute.
