2. Chest Flys

Targeted muscle groups: Chest, back, shoulders. Improves posture and reduces shoulder and neck pain.

Initial set-up: Take the resistance band and hold it behind your back. Lie down on the floor or a mat, keeping your knees flexed and your feet flat.

Exercise instructions: With your arms open and brought together, pull the resistance band up above the chest and then slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.

3. One-Arm Lateral Raise

Targeted muscle groups: Lats, shoulders. Improves strength and posture, reduces muscle tension.

Initial set-up: Hold the loop resistance band with your hands. Put your left hand on your right thigh, keeping your right hand free.

Exercise instructions: Pull your right hand up with your elbows and away from your body. Hold this position for a few seconds and bring your right arm down to the starting position.
