6. Diaphragmatic Breathing
Few people give much thought to proper breathing mechanics even though the physical benefits are undeniable. Deep belly breathing, also known as diaphragmatic breathing, reduces tension in the neck and shoulders, calms the nervous system, and supports core engagement. Take a few minutes each day to practice intentional breathing to promote relaxation and enhance body awareness during workouts.
7. Toe Strengthening
