“Did she really just snort that thing up her nasal cavity into her tear duct?” Nope. She pushes it up to the side of her nose with her index and middle fingers while selling the nostril push with the thumb. Then she just puts pressure on the bead underneath a finger tip, moves the finger tip slightly downward, and the bead “pops” out from right below her eye. The guy might have a serious condition, not a doctor tho.
