In 2009, Gail called 911 over the taste of her fries she picked up at Li’l Chick in Savannah, GA. The police surprisingly answered this call and came to Gail’s aid to fix the situation. And when the restaurant refused to give Gail her money back, the officer took out six dollars from his own pocket for her order. He served and protected with utter aplomb. Give that guy a medal.

There is no clear indication of where the woman was calling from or whether this was genuine or not. A Michigan cop and his wife called 911 after an “incident” of eating some homemade brownies that may have been baked with marijuana. The cop – Edward Sanchez – was under the distinct impression that the brownies were killing them and called 911 due to the panic state he was in.

The couple later admitted they might’ve put pot in the brownies at the time and failed to realize it then. Both were eventually let off the hook for the call.

Out Of Lemonade

One day, Jean Fortune, a 66-year-old Haitian man, called 911 in Boynton Beach after he went to a Burger King to realize they had no lemonade. Instead of ordering a Sprite – like any other person – the old man thought to call the cops and complain. Of course the conversation went nowhere with the dispatcher eventually saying “911 is if you’re dying. Do you understand that?”
