Politicians try their best to look confident and composed at all times. They know very well that thousands, if not millions, of people are watching their every move and listening to their every word. But then they blurt out “sausages” instead of “hostages” during a very serious discussion, and all hell breaks loose.

1. Trump Discovers That Liberians Speak English
After speaking with Liberian President Joseph Boakai, Donald Trump praised his “good English” and was curious where he had learned it. Boy was he shocked that they speak English in Liberia. It turns out, it’s actually Liberia’s official language too. Trump apparently meant it as a compliment, but people in Liberia had mixed reactions. International diplomacy was going wonderfully on that day.
