Two and a Half Men

Two and a Half Men was one of the biggest comedy shows when Charlie Sheen’s relationship with creator Chuck Lorre and CBS deteriorated dramatically. Production was suspended, Sheen publicly insulted Lorre, and the network had no other choice but to push Sheen under the train, figuratively speaking, and end his run.

Then we got the “winning” Sheen era, in which he basically became a walking meme. But while he was busy doing that, the show replaced his character with Ashton Kutcher, which only made things worse. Angus T. Jones condemned the sitcom, urged viewers to stop watching it, and called himself a “paid hypocrite.” At that point, the title really should have been changed to One and a Half Men, but alas.
