There are moments when we absolutely hate Cersei. And yet she has a certain vulnerability that makes her sympathetic even when she does all of those terrible, “villainous” things. She loves her children, and her conflicts with Tyrion and others bring out raw emotions. Her presence undoubtedly shapes nearly every major storyline.
3. Ramsay Bolton
As the show progresses, the quality is clearly diminished. But Iwan Rheon manages to carry the entire 6th season on his back with his brilliant performance as Ramsay. He is undoubtedly the most terrifying character on the show due to his sadistic and chaotic nature. The show lost most of its luster after his death.
