3. Paul Dillett

The Canadian-born Dillett is 6’2 and weighed 285lb during competitions. He subsequently competed in more than 40 events, with his best finish being 4th place at the 1994 Mr. Olympia contest. He was famous for his thorough workouts in which he focused on all of the essential muscles of his body, making him appear as if he were chiseled out of granite. He has since retired, but he is a successful businessman, having founded World Beauty Fitness and Fashion Inc.

2. Lou Ferrigno

If Schwarzenegger is the most famous bodybuilder in the world, Ferrigno is a close second. He played the Incredible Hulk in the early 1980s TV show and with good reason. He stood at a towering 6’4 and weighed a massive 315lb during competitions. His workout routine involved going to the gym 6 days a week. Now 71, he continues to work as a personal trainer and occasionally acts.
