8 Celebrity Transformations That Are Probably Steroids (2 of 3)

Zac Efron

Zac Efron in “Baywatch” really looked juiced up. Considering he had to look about as buff as Dwayne Johnson, he probably did adhere to a strict diet and training regimen, but even then one has to wonder whether that was all to his extreme body transformation. It’s not necessarily the muscle he built, but the fact that he was able to reduce his body fat to a mere 5% that’s pretty suspect.

Michael B. Jordan

Michael already looked very buff when he starred in “Creed,” he gained even more muscle on top of that for “Black Panther.” And sure, he doesn’t look as juiced up and perfectly chiseled as some of the other people on this list, but the timing really has to make you wonder if he managed to do this all on chicken, broccoli, and work ethic.

Hugh Jackman

Hugh Jackman was never a really buff guy until he got cast as Wolverine for the “X-Men” movies. Even in the first “X-Men” movie, Jackman didn’t look all that buff, but from the second movie onwards Jackman kept on getting more ripped as time progressed. At his peak form, Jackman was already in his 40s, which is when your testosterone production starts to dip. It’s at least a reason to wonder whether he really did do it all without steroids.
