Parkinson says she likes to share her life experiences through nail art and tries to incorporate them in some form or the other. Whether it is a conversation she once had or an emotional moment in her life, she likes to take inspiration from all.
When asked about what her favorite smell would be, she added that she loves the smell of the spring season, as it helps her feel excited and joyous.
Soph Parkinson is a firm believer in collective effort and she admits that one person cannot bring about a change in the world. She says that she wants humanity to let go of all the hatred arising out of looks, identity, or sexual orientation and hopes for a day when there will be no discrimination.

When asked if she wants to get surgical enhancement, Parkinson admits that she was once a fan of surgical procedures, but is now completely against them. She points out that it is illogical to try and change the way you look as one only gets to live once. By hating on how you look, you can never learn to love yourself. She further adds that it is the fashion industry and trends that set the narrative of what is beautiful and what is not, and that is something she is totally against.
Soph Parkinson remains cautious about the future of beauty and says that it will keep working in cycles as it does now. Trends will keep on coming back again and again. However, she is hopeful that one day people will be able to accept that every person is beautiful irrespective of what the tone of the skin is or how their body features look.
