She points that it would have been nice if she was known for her work rather than her body parts, and this is precisely why she got breast reduction surgery done on her.

When asked about the multiple surgeries (ear pinning, brow lift, boob job, thigh lipo, nose job, cheekbone surgery) that ended up costing her well over ten million dollars, Heidi Montag said that all she wanted was just a nose job and breast enlargement. However, she says that her doctor suggested she get the eyebrow lift and the chin reduction and all the surgeries done in order to look better. This, she admits, made her a bit insecure and she says that the deal the doctor offered made it difficult for her to say no. She further adds how painful and elaborate it was, which she had no idea of.
