Succession

One drama that people have been looking forward to is Succession. After two good seasons, a third one is finally coming out late this year – or at least it’s been rumored so. The rumor started when the title was shown in a roundup of “Soon on HBO Max” clips, which seems promising, since the show was meant to start last April, but was pushed.

Atlanta

Another exciting show where it’s really hard to guess what to expect from it. But one thing that we can expect for sure is that it’s well worth the wait. Season two finished off with the main characters heading to Europe, and the idea was that an international season would air at the start of this year. Now, that the season is being put into production early, we could see the third season coming out around the fall.

Hawkeye

Another TV series as part of Marvel’s Phase Four is Hawkeye, naturally following the character and his daughter. Both actors will be reprising their roles in this series and it’s scheduled to be released late this year.

Inventing Anna

Now that Shonda Rhimes is now on Netflix and settled in, there are some big series on the horizon. The next one of hers is called Inventing Anna, based on a New York Magazine story of a socialite who connives her way into being in one of New York’s most elite social circles. The season will be starting sometime this year.

The Underground Railroad

The filming of this Barry Jenkins’s series was finished up during the past fall. This means that this will be coming out fairly soon at this point.
