All along the 80s, the modelling and fashion industry worked a little differently. The top-paid supermodels weren’t just the ones working for high-end brands such as Dior or Chanel. The 80s were a completely new age, and sportswear was another such line that was picking up popularity in the market. Brinkley was one out of the few much acclaimed of that era, and was particularly renowned for her numerous Sports Illustrated covers. Moreover, she has starred in her personal daily TV show that aired on CNN, as well as that she also owns a skincare label. The model is still looking as fresh and stunning as ever.

The ’80s model got discovered in the French Riviera while she was sunbathing in the ’70s.

Her vocation began in a very charming manner and she moved on to star in a Batman movie, as well as multiple Broadway shows. During the same decade, the model crossed paths with Mick Jagger, the two stayed married up until 1999. Hall is now 64 and married to Rupert Murdoch, a billionaire.

The model got discovered whilst she was a full-time waitress and her career picked up after working on her project for Harper’s Bazaar, she was also on the 1980 cover page of Sports Illustrated. Carol was the face of many magazines such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Elle. She has since scaled-down her work as a supermodel, but continues to pick up a few projects. She appeared at the New York Fashion Week for a catwalk in 2019.
