Cucumbers

Another one for the list. Cucumbers that are kept in fridges lose a lot of their flavor and end up tasting very watery. So what it basically boils down to is that you shouldn’t buy foods to keep them in the fridge indefinitely and just eat them in the following few days so they can have an optimal flavor.

Olive Oil

Olive oil should never ever go in your fridge because it can actually be harder in cooler temperatures. The best idea for olive oil is to keep it somewhere dry and as close to room temperature as possible so it can stay in its liquid form for longer.

Nutella

Just as a bonus, even unhealthy foods are sometimes better kept outside of the fridge. Keeping Nutella stored in cold temperatures will make it harden and lose its creamy consistency. And at that point, you might as well have an actual bar of chocolate on your sandwich, don’t you? Also, apparently, the cold makes its flavor dissipate over time, which is also something you probably don’t want to happen to your Nutella.
