Jaguar Land Rover
Headquartered in Coventry, England, Jaguar got its start in 1922 as the Swallow Sidecar Company, but after World War II it received its current name for completely understandable reasons: they wanted to avoid associations with the SS initials. Jaguar has gone through various mergers and acquisitions over the years, and is currently owned by the Indian company Tata Motors. Jaguar is also the official car of the British Prime Minister and also provides vehicles to King Charles III.
